Corrections policy and log.
When we get something wrong, the story gets a dated correction note at the top, its updated date changes, and the correction is listed below. Nothing is changed silently.
How corrections work
- Report an error to news@aivisibilitywire.com with the story link and the source that shows the error.
- The editor checks the claim against the primary source.
- If we were wrong, the story is corrected and a dated note says what changed and why.
- If a source we relied on changes after publication, we update the story the same way and say so.
- If a story cannot be fixed, it is withdrawn and replaced by a note explaining why. The URL stays live.
