Digital PR for AI visibility: what we do, in order, with nothing skipped.
Three services, one process. Two of the seven steps can end with us telling you not to buy. They are steps 1 and 3, and they are there on purpose: a release that should not have gone out is worse for you than no release, and worse for us than no sale.
We sell three things: a free AI Visibility Check that shows what five engines say about you today; a Citation Release: a data-led announcement written, structured, pitched to trade publications and filed to Indian newswires as the floor; and an Entity Read: the same check run before and after, published in full so you can reproduce it.
AI Visibility Check
We run eleven fixed prompts against ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI and send you exactly what comes back, quoted verbatim. Every wrong fact and every omission is itemised against your real details. The prompts are printed in the report.
This is the first place we may stop. If the engines already state your facts correctly and your real problem is that you are not being recommended, a release will not fix it. The report will say so, and it will have cost you nothing.

Citation Release
A release built to be quoted, not blasted. We write it around a number, a finding or a dataset an editor can use; we pitch it to a named shortlist of trade publications in your category; and we file it to ANI and Indian news sites as the distribution floor: not as the product.
- Entity fact file first: the canonical facts every source must agree on
- Editorial review by a person, with a documented right to say no
- Answer-first structure, dateline, named spokesperson,
NewsArticlemarkup rel="sponsored nofollow"on every outbound client link, by template- Placement report with actual URLs: never a “potential reach” figure
Vendor-funded · directional Presenc AI: a trade-outlet article drives “an estimated 2.8 to 4.2x more AI citations than the same information on a newswire pickup page”; data-led releases are picked up editorially “at approximately 2.7 times the rate” of standard ones; syndicated releases without editorial transformation are cited directly “less than 8 percent of the time”. ~5,200 announcement queries. Presenc states: “Lift estimates are directional.” Source

Entity Read
The AI Visibility Check, run twice: a baseline before the work and an identical run after it, on a date agreed in advance. Prompts printed, engines and model versions named, both dates stated, raw answers quoted verbatim including the unflattering ones.
And a section headed what we cannot attribute to this work. Engines update. Other things you did also changed. A report that claims all movement as its own is a sales document, not a measurement.

The seven steps, including the two where we may stop.
Baseline: we ask the engines about you first
The AI Visibility Check. Fixed prompts, named engines, verbatim answers. First place we may stop: if a release cannot address what we find, we say so.
The entity fact file
Legal name, one-sentence description, category, founding date, location, leadership, substantiated claims. Every release must agree with it. Inconsistent sources are one of the main reasons engines get a company’s facts wrong.
Editorial review, and the honest no
A person reads it. Is there a genuine news event? Is there data an editor can quote? Is every claim substantiated? Second place we may stop. “We are excited to announce our continued commitment to excellence” is not news, and we will return your money rather than pitch it. Editorial standards.
Writing and structuring
Answer-first: what happened, in the first sentence, with who, what, when and where extractable without inference. Dateline. A spokesperson quote that says something. NewsArticle structured data, because it makes the release easier to parse, not because we claim it causes citations.
Trade-publication outreach
A named shortlist of publications in your category, pitched individually with the data angle. This is the step that earns the article an AI engine will cite. It is also the step no wire does.
Newswire filing and the placement report
Filed to ANI (and PTI + IANS on the Entity Read tier) as the floor. Then a report of actual URLs where the release and any coverage appeared. Not a “potential audience reach” figure: that number is the sum of every listed site’s monthly traffic and measures nothing that happened to you.
The Entity Read: after
Identical prompt set, same engines, stated date. Both runs published side by side, with the section on what we cannot attribute. You can reproduce the whole thing yourself: the prompts are printed precisely so that you can.
What we can and cannot tell you about speed.
What we can say
Editorial review and writing typically take two working days from receiving a complete brief. Outreach and filing follow your approval. The “after” Entity Read runs on a date agreed in advance.
What we will not say
We will not quote a time-to-citation figure. The one circulating in this category was produced by a wire and measured by that wire’s commercial partner, with no definition of “citation”, no baseline and no control group. We have not measured it ourselves, so we do not quote it as ours.
Step 1 is free and has no obligation attached.
If it ends with “a release will not help you”, that is a useful answer and it is the one you will get.
