What we collect, which is very little.

This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, loads no third-party scripts, and calls no external service. The only personal data we hold is what you type into a form and send us.

What this site does not do

• No Google Analytics, or analytics of any kind
• No tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no session recording
• No third-party fonts: typography uses fonts already on your device, so no font CDN sees your visit
• No embedded video, social widgets, or chat popups
• No cookies set by us. Nothing to consent to, so there is no consent banner

You can verify all of this: open your browser’s network tab and reload. Every request should be to this domain.

What we store in your browser

One item, only if you use the theme switch: a localStorage entry named aivw-theme holding the word light or dark. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing site data removes it.

What we collect when you contact us

When you submit a form we receive and store:

• Your name, email address, and company details if you provide them
• Your message, and which tier you selected
• The page you submitted from
• Your IP address and browser user-agent string, recorded for spam prevention and rate limiting

Why, and for how long

To answer you, and to deliver anything you asked for. That is the only purpose. Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for as long as we may need the record for tax or legal purposes, then deleted.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or share your data
• We do not add you to a mailing list you did not explicitly ask to join
• We do not use your enquiry as a case study, quote, or logo without written permission
• We do not send a drip sequence after a free AI Visibility Check

Where it is stored

On our hosting provider’s servers and in the email inbox the enquiry is delivered to. Hosting is provided by Hostinger.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@aivisibilitywire.com and we will action it and confirm when it is done. We recognise these rights regardless of where you are, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date below changes and we will say what changed rather than quietly editing the page.
